He is very smart and careful. He is very structurally orientated. He definitely informs the client what the situations are, and the price can go high a lot if they are trying to do something more exotic. He works on the design and the remodeling work. He is also pretty responsive and pretty fast. He does things very quickly. I think he is more on the expensive side. He is very good. He was involved while building this house. He has the advantage that other people don't have in terms of understanding some of the internal work.
