+ 0 moreI attempted to get a bid for a railing. They said 'send pictures and we'll give you a ballpark estimate'. Did they call back? Email back? No. I had to call several times. Eventually they said they would not bid the job. "I don't question my boss" the receptionist said "he just says yes or no, and I pass the message on to the client". She would not say why the job was unacceptable, and was generally chilly and aloof.
Description of Work: Bid for a custom deck railing (a rooftop deck).I needed a quick decision (the job itself was not rushed, just the decision).
