DESIGN & CARE LANDSCAPING INC

I have a small yard that was in desperate need of a landscaping services. I had already hired a landscape architect to develop a plan for the lawn and planting; now I needed a landscaper to implement the plan. I solicited six different companies for bids, and spoke to five of them in person. Shawn of Design and Care Landscaping was my choice because he listened thoughtfully to my ideas and agreed to follow the design plan that I showed him. (A couple of the other landscapers had an "attitude" about the design plan that I wanted them to follow and I didn't feel confident that they would adhere to it.) Shawn's job estimate was one of the lowest, which was all the better. After I had received all of the estimates, I changed my mind about part of the plan, and I asked Shawn if he would come back over and let me explain. He did, spending a good deal of time listening to me and advising me on other ideas and aspects of the job. He then re-submitted his proposal a few days later, which I accepted. We scheduled the job for two weeks later and his guys finished the total job in four days. My yard looks fantastic! I am very happy with the outcome.
