There were many challenges with the project, including structural, design, multiple visits/meetings with the township and Dan managed all of this with grace and patience.

Dan Mercado Landscaping did a great job. We got 5 different bids for the stairs. Dan was not the cheapest, but he wasn't nearly the most expensive either, and I've seen his work in our neighborhood. He also does work on multi-million dollar houses, but did our job even though it was a fairly small job (for him). He visited the site several times, and called daily, or stopped by to check on his crew of 4, who worked during a horrible heat wave (with no electricity at our house for 2 days, they brought generators). His crew worked very hard and left the site in perfect condition. We're very happy with our new stairs. We'll be using him for our landscaping and outside lighting also.
