Paul arrived promptly for the appointment, took the time to go over the scope of the work to be done (including answering all of my questions) and the ongoing maintenance required to keep my natural stone surfaces looking and quot;like newand quot;. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped me identify a problem with the new grout that was installed downstairs. Due to the downstairs grout being and quot;defectiveand quot;, he lost out on that business (I had to have the grout replaced and the builder sealed it to account for the inconvenience), but that did not prevent him from volunteering to go to bat for me with the builder if I needed a professional to corroborate my bad grout claim. I will give Paul and Cleaner One all of my future business and I give them my highest recommendation.

Their price is very reasonable. They did some stone enhancing in the ceiling. The job went very well. I think their price was okay. The staff were very good.
