They cut my sprinkler lines and covered it up without telling me. When I found the water leak, the company denied it and claimed they are not responsible for any damage.

I would definitely give them a shot at any other fence bid. And seriously recommend they be given the job, if you find the bid reasonable.
They came in as low-bidder for fences on a rental property I was going to sell. Low bid was the determining factor. However, they co-operated with me so well to do the job correctly, I made sure to include them as a bidder on our home fences in another city.
Again, I was impressed. Not only because of being the lowest bidder, but because they set the posts correctly. During inspection, the only faults were oversights they readily agreed to correct: a gate spring on one gate, and a gate curb on another gate they had overlooked. The hardware they installed was substantial. Both my neighbors were equally impressed by their work. The job took 2 days. They were on time, pleasant, and professional. Unlike other contractors I have used, they did not have to be reminded to clean up after themselves. They flagged things, e.g., sprinkler heads to avoid, and took care to minimize damage to plants.
FYI - Fence posts should not come in direct contact with soil. A layer of mixed/wet concrete should be placed in the post holes before the posts. Next, it is best to pour, or shovel, concrete around the post, work it with a stick to get the air out, and finally, dome the top of the concrete to force water to run away from the wood. Unlike the others, this company was aware of the need to dome the concrete and agreed to wet pour the concrete into the holes, and around the posts. KUDOS!!!
Suggestion: Ask contractors what their procedure is for installing the fence posts.
BAD: Most will tell you they put the post in the ground, toss 1 or 2 unbroken bags of concrete in the hole, then water them. If you question them, they will tell you they've been doing it this way for XX years. (Doing it wrong for XX years!) This process will allow earth and various pest organisms to come in direct contact with the wood. It is natural for the concrete to cup around the fence post and hold water their way. Doming helps prevent unnecessary water and earth contact. Doing it their way will shorten the amount of effort they will have to expend and shorten the life expectancy of your fence. Profits up, quality down! Hope these comments help you to be an informed consumer.

I liked that they cleaned up after themselves, they did a great job, and they were very prompt with their quote.

The fence has since started warping and cannot close. A guy came out to fix it and we had to re-schedule because I had to run. 2 days later a guy came back without making an appointment. I was unhappy and had to have them re-schedule many other times. They either had an excuse or didn't show up on time. I have since just told them to forget it and will do the repairs myself. They were terminated from diamond certified because of business practices.

I liked All American Fence from the estimate to the job they did. It took a while to start the job, due to rain delays. But the job went well and they did a great job. The only thing about All American was that the office told me to send in the signed estimate but did not tell me any specifics, and as it turned out, I used the wrong envelope and they overlooked my contract for a little while. Not a big deal, and doesn't take away from the great job they did, but I did not appreciate being scolded for not using the proper procedure when I was never told about a procedure in the first place. I still give them an A!

Perimeter fencing looks great but interior (lattice) fencing is a little disappointing because they left the "exposed nail" side facing out. Also, one one main post at a strategic corner, they cut the older existing fence topper too short and had to add a piece with 4 exposed staples. Looks kinda crappy. Also, certain hand grips areas were not sanded well and we had to do this ourselves. We weren't pleased with the estimate process, either. The original estimator left the company in the middle of our job and we wound up dealing with many others through the course of the job. Also, though it wasn't the company's fault, once we removed the old fence (after the original estimate), we determined that we needed an $800 retaining wall that wasn't part of the original estimate.

ALL AMERICAN FENCE CORP DID A VERY NICE JOB IN CONSTRUCTING OUR FENCE. OUR YARD RUNS ON AN ANGLE AND THE GROUND WAS NOT LEVEL. DESPITE THIS THE CREW WAS ABLE TO BUILD A NICE LOOKING GRADUATING FENCE.
