After 2 calls to him about the refrigerator part, when he never called or came back, we have given up. A call to say he could not or would not be able to fix it would have been more professional.

I signed up on Angie's List on a Friday evening after work.  Earlier in the week my washing machine broke.  A & D was the first call I made off of Angie's List.  I chose A & D because of the review comments and the close proximity to the city I live in.  They knew what the washing machine issue was from my description over the phone and said they could fix it.  They arrived on time - the very next day, thank God, was very professional - went right to work - and my washer was like brand new in about 30 min.  Would definately call A & D again for an appliance job.  Was glad I signed up for Angie's List and glad I called A & D.

I have been using them for a long time and we knew their family because their kids went to school with our kids. He has done our appliance repair work for many years. He provides good service at a reasonable price.

Very efficient service and repair. He was prompt, diagnosed the problem, called to check on parts, drove to pick up the part, and replaced the part all in one day. The convenience of having this problem fixed in one day was great!

They had done a good job. My experience with them was very good. I really liked the personality of the person who came out.

He was on time. He did a good and efficient. Basically he was able to repair the washer and I did not have to buy a new one. So I pleased with that.
