I WILL NEVER AGAIN DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. CARL straight up lied to me about retaining control over my For Sale By Owner ON ZILLOW and I have reported them to the DRE. They caused me time wasted and open houses unable to be advertised. I also suffered a Zillow loss of over $50,000 due to their illegal meddling in my Zillow listing.

Carl and Dyana were excellent from beginning to end. Carl explained the present market conditions and immediately took charge with marketing my home online. We found Tri-Star Realty through an internet search for flat fees services to help list our home on MLS (only a licensed Realtor can list on MLS). Even though Tri Star is located in a different CA city north of us, they were able to list our home on the local MLS, as well as Trulia and Redfin. Since my husband had been in real estate many years before, he was familiar with most of the terminology and the process. However, he admitted he would not have felt comfortable without current knowledge of CA contracts and disclosures. The extra $500 we paid TriStar was so worth it. They were awesome! They reviewed several offers we received, found a couple of issues the buyer’s agents were trying to sneak past us, helped us negotiate a multiple offer response, created and revised the myriad of docs as needed. The response time was very impressive. Carl once texted an answer as he was entering a movie theatre on a Saturday night. Dyana answered emails promptly and revised and re-revised several counter offers. She was always patient and so thorough. We highly recommend Tri-Star Realty and Carl Wuestehube if you want to sell your home yourself and need guidance to be sure you are covering all your bases. California is such a litigious state, it’s wise to use a professional.
