Mike and Eric were not only professional and competent, they were what I would call "La creme de la creme".... trustworthy, polite,pleasant, efficient, and very knowlegeable re the product and re what was needed to fix it properly and for a reasonable price at that.  I would not hesitate to use them again.   Note also:  Noritz Tankless customer service is also laudable and I would only consider their product if I had a future need!

Michael was great! He came out, assessed the situation and bid on the job. I looked at another company also. Michael put in a better product and a better installation. He worked quickly and installed without a problem. Highly recommend.

Mike was very helpful! My old water heater had leaked and stopped working on a Friday. Mike was able to show up that day with a Tankless unit. He was able to a**** the situation quickly and complete the instalation that same day. Thanks again Socal Tankless!
