I've lived in 2 of their apartments (had to transfer within my lease) and I've had the worst experience with them~ Office staff is the most unprofessional people I've ever worked with. I use to work in property management myself and have never been exposed to such rude and tacky people. One good thing to say about it thought is their maintanance guy is the only nice, and knowlegable person you may run across. So that one star goes to HIM! Other than that... I wouldn't recommend signing a lease through Seair Properties....
