Needed pool service company to install pool drowning prevention mechanisms that the city of Newport Beach required in selling a home. Paul had extensive knowledge of what was required and provided exactly that. Paul was very professional in every aspect. He was very considerate of my client's culture and showed respect. He used floor protection to catch debris from installing pool alarms inside of home, gave me a clear step-by-step instructions on how to turn off the alarm, and more. Paul is a great communicator. He responds to calls and text messages promptly. I recommend his pool & spa service to my client and will continue to recommend to my past client and future clients. The experience with this licensed contractor was a breath of fresh air!
