Hart's Extermination Company

Hart’s Extermination was wonderful. From start to finish they were all very professional and I enjoy being a customer. They are very personable, every employee I have talked to or met has been wonderful. The office staff calls you a day ahead for your appointment to confirm, if I can’t make an appointment they do whatever they can to accommodate me and always make sure to make it work. The price is very reasonable, and each time my technician comes out he is always thorough. I am on a monthly matience program and if I ever have an issue they come out free of charge which is great. I’ve always had a problem with rats, and have had great results as well. They’re a local company, which I really love about this company. Hart’s is stuck with me, I’ve had bigger companies try and get my business but honestly Hart’s Extermination never lets me down as a customer, you can tell they respect their customers and take pride in what they do. Not very impressed with Hart's. Initial call was scheduled and we were not informed we would need to vacate the house for 12 hours so they only sprayed the outside of the house. We signed up for the quarterly appointments and I received a message one night stating that he would be there the next day. I am used to actually confirming an appointment rather than just having someone just show up at my home after leaving a voicemail. I told him he would need to reschedule when we were not going to have guests over in the back yard. We have since called 4 times to reschedule and have not received a phone call back. I would not recommend using this provider.

He is fine.  He is professional and a nice man.  He comes and evaluates.  I have another house and I get the same stuff on Angie's List and compared to Phoenix I think his price is expensive.  I have a very small house.  I have another house which is large and I have somebody who comes out every month and they charge me half of what Hart?s Extermination charges me.

They are all very nice.

The provider advised me that I didn't actually need anything done. He was excellent and was very thorough. He instantly made us feel better about our situation.

He is a local guy and he was fantastic and a lot cheaper. He was very upfront. He took care of it that day. His price was reasonable and he is a really nice guy. He didn't even know he has reviews on Angie's List. He had a 30 day warranty that the rats won't be back. I would definitely use him again and I would also recommend him to anybody. He was doing it perfect all the way around.

I found a few dead termites in one of my bathrooms, and had see two live ones in my back yard. I called the company that performed a treatment last year, and though I mentioned I had seen termites in my house, they did not schedule anything sooner than 3 weeks. I Considering the situation I couldn't wait 3 weeks, so found Harts Extermination on web, and read 3 excellent reviews, and called Mark. He answered his phone, mentioned that he was very busy and didn't have anything available for two weeks, but as soon as I mentioned the termites I had found in my house, he said he will try to find a window and come for an inspection. And he did that the next day and scheduled a time immediately.
He was early, very professional, and very informative. He inspected the attic and the every wall and door outside the house, and not only provided his verbal opinion on the day he sent us a report a few days later. And listen to this and quot;no chargeand quot;!!!!!
Mark was exactly what those 3 reviews had said, and I will certainly have him treat my house for termites or anything else. His price sounded fair, and his services were absolutely and quot;excellentand quot; and above all and quot;he caredand quot;.
