We've used Hannegan for over 10 years and have never had a negative experience. They have a small crew of very capable technicians who take pride in their work. Their prices are fair, they never pad their work with unnecessary repairs, and they have given us lots of good advice about potential future problems. They are courteous and responsive, and in a couple of past emergency situations they have gone way above and beyond to accommodate us.

Ryan was very professional and easy to work with. Initially, he was going to replace a broken part of our existing toilet for $250.00. He informed us that there are rebates available to homeowners who replace their regular toilet with a water-saving toilet. So we wound up deciding to let him replace our toilet. Ryan had to reschedule our job once, moving it to a Saturday Then the guy he sent did a decent job.

Tenant reported blockage in drain and flooding. After owner approved we called Dan and they were at the property within 30 minutes.

They did a good job. They came back to check if everything was working properly. His pricing was lot less than others I know. My overall experience with them was excellent.

We selected Hannegan's from Angies List of plumbers with an and quot;Aand quot; rating in our area. They were prompt and courteous and very knowledgeable.

I just purchased a home in Laguna Niguel and found that the copper plumbing was leaking and most likely needed a total repipe. I called a large fleet type company and was advised a repipe would be the best course of action. Their price was unreasonably high and did not include any drywall or stucco repair. I then called a large repipe company and scheduled a time for them to come out. I noticed Hannegans on Angies list and gave them a call. Dan the owner came out the same day and I was impressed from the very beginning. You can tell it is a family operation and not a corporate fleet type of company. Dan agreed that a total repipe was the best course of action and gave me a very fair quote and and said he could start immediately. I felt comfortable with Dan from the start and hired him on the spot and was not disappointed. I believe Dan's son and his crew did most of the work and they were equally nice and professional. The job was completed in a timely manner and the drywall/stucco contractor was also equally nice and professional and did a great job. Although I did not want to pay for a repipe job before I even moved in, I could not have asked for a better experience. Dan really made a stressful situation as painless as possible and I will most definitely use Hannegans for all my future plumbing needs and highly recommend them to anyone for any size job. Call them first, you will not be disappointed.

The job went very smooth from start to finish

My main sewer line backed up and I needed assistance right away. I called a few plumbers on Angie's List and they were unable to help me on the same day. I called Hannegan's Plumbing and explained my situation. They told me they would call me back in fifteen minutes to confirm a time. She promptly called me back and told me the plumber would be at my house within two hours. I was quoted a very reasonable price (I have had this problem before and paid a lot more).
Two plumbers arrived in less than two hours. They were very professional and spent an appropriate amount of time to removing the main sewer line blockage (due to tree roots). They also replaced a faulty part related to the sewer clean out. The price was as quoted. It is a relief that I was able to find a reliable and trustworthy plumber. I would highly recommend this company.

Hannegan's was responsive to our call, did not overstate or understate the problem, charged reasonably and did not pad time on the job. Both the estimator and the plumber were courteous, friendly and business like. They seemed to be very experienced and professional. Very trustworthy. Because they had to knock out some of the stucco on the outside of the house to get to the leak, they recommended a repairer who displayed the same professionalism. A very good experience.

Though they were in the field when I called, they were very prompt at getting back to me and scheduling an appointment immediately for that day. They were very polite, assessed the repair needs rapidly and went to the supplier to purchase needed parts. They were quick and efficient and I am happy with the results. Locating them was the reason that I joined Angle's List as we have grown tired of large plumbing companies hiring low skilled employees and sending them out, asking standard fee for a knowledgeable plumber. We've definitely found what we were looking for!

Excellent response. Owner showed up early and took care in locating the manifold with ultra sonic detector. His helper stayed and completed work. Helper was a great guy. Both guys were friendly and professional. This could have been a $1200 dollar repair but it was much less as they did not recommend cutting the house slab. Also made practical recommendation on repair vs costly alternative.
