Gorilla Grass

Great experience. Denis was very personable and the lawn was installed in no time. It looks beautiful! It's very easy to maintain (just rinse it off one in awhile) and we couldn't be happier. We did experience one snag...where the installers punctured the tubing feeding our pond. It took a bit of time to get them back to make the repair, but we trusted Denis to follow through and he did. It's now been 6 months since our install and we absolutely love our new yard!!!

At first it went well. The owner, Denis Weber, kept in touch very frequently while I was deciding. I had one text from him at 11:00 at night, which I thought was unprofessional. The job was done quickly but it only took me a few days to see an area of grass that did not look good. All of the grass blades are completely flattened and one part has a line running through it. I called Denis and he asked me to call the sub contractor to take a look at it. I thought this to be unprofessional as I felt he should've made the call. The sub contractor did come out and agreed that it needed to be fixed. After many phone calls that were not returned and 2 scheduled visits that were no-shows, the sub contractor finally came. He did not let me know he was there nor did he tell me when he left. By the time I went out to look at the grass, he had left. I had wanted him to replace this section of grass but all he did was use a machine to "fluff" up the grass. It was back to being completely flat again the next day. Since that time, I have contacted Denis many times through phone, text and emails. His only response has been to tell me that he "hopes" it will get taken care of soon and for me to have patience. The last contact I had from him was that it would be done before Christmas and I haven't heard from him since, he has ignored my last email. It has now been 6 months since the grass was installed with still no resolution in sight. All I want him to do is replace one small section of grass. This has turned out to be the typical company that is so nice and attentive to you before they have your money but once they have your money, they disappear and you get no response from them. I am very disappointed and would not recommend them.

Showed up on time, made us feel special and did am excellent job.

All went very well. Price competitive with a better product than others. Very happy with the installation and still looks great almost a year later. Denis did say he was going to sell me a UV protection solution to make sure the grass doesn't fade over time but never responded to my calls to purchase the UV mix. Denis also said we didn't need the dog treatment but his installation guys put it on anyhow and I gave them a nice tip for doing it. Denis was a step above everyone else and I would use him again although I would have appreciated a call back regarding the UV protection.

This was our second project with Denis Water and Gorilla Grass, the first being a backyard putting green. As before, Denis and crew were great to work with and we got great results.

Dennis Weber is old school customer service... done right the way it SHOULD be. He was prompt, courteous, understanding, neat and professional and the grass was installed way we needed it installed. We were happily surprised by the way the job went. I would recommend him and his workers anytime. We had grass installed in our back yard surrounding some raised flower beds so that we could cut down on the dust and dirt that can be associated with putting in a vegetable garden.. and the results were spectacular! Nothing at all bad to say about it.

All Aspects the project went smoothly. Details were explained and quality and timeliness were as promised.
