At first it went well. The owner, Denis Weber, kept in touch very frequently while I was deciding. I had one text from him at 11:00 at night, which I thought was unprofessional. The job was done quickly but it only took me a few days to see an area of grass that did not look good. All of the grass blades are completely flattened and one part has a line running through it. I called Denis and he asked me to call the sub contractor to take a look at it. I thought this to be unprofessional as I felt he should've made the call. The sub contractor did come out and agreed that it needed to be fixed. After many phone calls that were not returned and 2 scheduled visits that were no-shows, the sub contractor finally came. He did not let me know he was there nor did he tell me when he left. By the time I went out to look at the grass, he had left. I had wanted him to replace this section of grass but all he did was use a machine to "fluff" up the grass. It was back to being completely flat again the next day.
Since that time, I have contacted Denis many times through phone, text and emails. His only response has been to tell me that he "hopes" it will get taken care of soon and for me to have patience. The last contact I had from him was that it would be done before Christmas and I haven't heard from him since, he has ignored my last email.
It has now been 6 months since the grass was installed with still no resolution in sight. All I want him to do is replace one small section of grass. This has turned out to be the typical company that is so nice and attentive to you before they have your money but once they have your money, they disappear and you get no response from them. I am very disappointed and would not recommend them.
