We have not had any particular service. As long as they pick up my trash I am fine. They come on time every Tuesday. They do recyclable on the blue container, regular garbage on the black container and any greens on the green container. Greens are every other week along with recyclables and trash is every week. All on Tuesday, same day. I pay for that with my homeowner's taxes. They were only available one time and my tenant was not available so I had to reschedule it. It was a slight inconvenience and they did fix it.
