Very professional, on time and quick. The results were great!

They gave me a quote over the phone and when he came for the service he even lowered the cost.  I told him about a few stains I wanted out and he was able to attend to these.

Kept appointment, arrived on time, worked thoroughly and quickly, charged a fair price.

They did a good job and were reasonable. I was very pleased with their services.

"Ryan was congenial in our first phone contact, answering every question thoroughly. He arrived on time, assessed the carpeting throughout our condo and began spot cleaning right away. He was efficient but also very thorough--a perfectionist who takes pride in his work. He cleaned the stairwell carpet 2 times, then after checking his work, cleaned it a 3rd time until it reached his level of satisfaction. We will definitely call him to steam-clean our carpets again.

They are amazing. I have been using for many years and I call them back every year and they are here and ready to do the amazing job they always do. One of the things that I like most is that I have never a different technician, it is always the same person and he always demonstrates excellent service.

We have been using Ryan at Dana Point Steam Clean since 1997. We have used many other companies prior, but were never thrilled with the service. We have never had any problems with Dana Point Steam clean and they do a wonderful job at deep cleaning our carpets. We have white carpeting throughout our house which is now 9 years old and we still get compliments on how white and clean it is!! Ryan is always punctual, courteous and works hard to get any and all stains out of the carpet. We highly recommend this company!! A+
