Very likable guys when the process started. But the the process went downhill about half way through. - No communication between the two owners of the company and that reflects in their work and business. -Poor quality work when it came to details. -I had workers from their sub-contractors they hired calling me and showing up to my house asking for money claiming to never get paid. They always left a mess. I spent over $1000 personally to clean up the job site multiple times. -Hallway construction on the new addition has very bad curves in the wall. -Covered a pipe that was draining water where the new foundation was poured. It was brought to their attention and they claimed it was fine because it was an old sprinkler valve. Two months after that "Sprinkler valve" turned out to be a drain line to the condensation line of the existing AC. It backed up and seeped through the concrete damaging my brand new hard wood floors. They have taken no accountability and I have had to file with the Contractors State Licensing Board. They claim it is the AC contractors fault not theirs and I should have known what it was. Yet every contractor I've talked to has said if a contractor doesn't know what it is they should either have the home owner bring a plumbing company to scope the pipe and find out. or just extend the pipe to keep draining. Not to tell them its a "Sprinkler Valve" and not really know what it is.
