The team was very professional. There were approved plans for a major renovation when I purchased the house. We went through several iterations on the plans (based largely on the timing of when I actually wanted to move in). They were incredibly patient despite multiple changes in scope on my part. We finally decided on more minor work (re-flooring the kitchen and baths, new fixtures and some electrical work through out the house, painting, etc.) The scope wound up smaller than what they typically do, but it allowed me to move in on the timeline I wanted, while allowing the possibility for the longer renovation in the future. The work was completed on-time and under budget. When minor issues came up, as they invariably do, they were incredibly responsive. I couldn't be happier with the work they did, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, and when I do the larger renovation, they are without question going to be my first choice to use.
