The service was fine. I am not a big fan of Home Depot, but the item that we bought was priced right and they are very competitive. You quote a price that you get at Best Buys and they will match it at Home Depot.  I could not find any good reviews on any small appliance stores here in the city. They were prompt and then they installed it and tested it. I don't know that anything stands out about them. On this particular one they were able to deliver the product the date that I needed it. They guaranteed delivery by a certain date. I would tell a friend to check them out if they were looking for appliances. We did not have any problems with them at all. They were easy to work with.

Home Depot provided us the best price for the General Electric over-the-range microwave oven we wanted. They delivered the microwave during the time window they specified and installed it. The only problem lies with the delivery time. Home Depot tells you when it will deliver and install the appliance. If you are not available, delivery is delayed until until there is a time that both you and they can make. The delivery time window is 3 hours.

The service was very good, it was very prompt. The people in the store knew what they were dealing with, they could explain to us all the features. They didn't installed it, they just delivered. The price was as good as we found.

Overall the experience ended up with me and my partner very pleased with our new counter. It looks outstanding and fits perfectly.

I went in the store looking at appliances. I saw they were offering a special on a discontinued model. I saved about 40% off of the normal asking price. They also included a three year extended warranty on the unit at the cost of a one year contract. The sales person was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and very helpful. She scheduled the delivery, and it happened on time with great results. They arrived with the refrigerator. It had to be taken apart to fit though the doors. They carried it up a flight of stairs to my kitchen. Then the reassebled the unit, and checked to make sure everything was working correctly. Then they hauled away the old refrigerator at no additional cost. They were very friendly and nice people who handled the refrigerator with care. It was a great experience overall and I am very pleased.

They only thing I didn't care for is that they outsourced everything. You have different people you have to contact. You have one contractor for the cabinets and one for the counter top and that was a little frustrating. The workmanship for the cabinet refacing was excellent. There was a lack of communication and it took them a long time to complete it. They started Nov. 2 and they didn't finish until the week before Christmas. It was nothing real major but the first time around they ordered the wrong size of the cabinets, the second time they forgot to bring the doors and they didn't finish with the detail work. The project was prolonged. The contractor who did the counter top did an excellent job. They came the day they were supposed to come and completed the job that day. I'd probably shop around more if I needed to do something like that again. The quality of work was really good, it's just that there was a big break down in communication.

I spent $25000 for the job. It was done satisfactorily. There were some problems with the countertops that they put on. We complained about it and they corrected it. So, they did a good job. The work went very well. A consultant came in and gave us all the options that we were looking at. We chose some pretty high options. There were several workers who came in to do all of this. It was done quite quickly and was done very well too. However, the only problem was with the countertops. They didn't fit well and we told them that it was not acceptable. So, they corrected it immediately and it has been quite satisfactory now. The workers who put in the countertops should have recognized that it wasn't acceptable. If we hadn't complained about it, then we would have been an unacceptable job, but the fact is that they corrected it after we complained. We sometimes had trouble in having them call us back.

They did a great job; it turned out beautifully.

They had the toilets in stock when I went so I took them with me and while I was in the store, I signed an agreement with them that they would also do the installation. I found out that they don’t do the installation themselves, they hire contractors that do installations for them. They were extremely helpful and efficient. I was a little miffed because there was a big pile of paperwork that I had to sign and there was a whole page that was to be signed by both me and store that was never signed. When I went back to the desk to have this taken care of, they told me that I didn’t have to do this and the guy that I had been speaking to had gone off on his break; I thought this was sloppy. I think I will not go back to them for this. The price was good and I liked that on the website they had customer comments so you got an idea for what worked and what didn’t which was really helpful for my selection. Also, it said on the box that everything needed for the installation was included but when the guys came to install them, I found out that there was a piece of flexible pipe that needed to be replaced. I was charged $25 for each pipe but I could have purchased them for much less in the store if I had known that I needed them. In the store, they were just interested in selling a piece of equipment and then getting me out of their hair.
