GLOBAL SERVICES WAS NOT COVERED BY OUR WARRANTY SO HE WAS ADAMANT THAT WE PAY HIM ON THE SPOT, WHICH I ASSURED HIM WE WOULD. THE FELLOW THEY SENT OUT WAS A LITTLE HIGH STRUNG AND SOMEWHAT BIZARRE IN CHARACTER BUT HE DID GET THE JOB DONE. I WOULD NOT USE THEM AGAIN.

"WELL THE ONLY GOOD THING HE HAS TO SAY IS I SHOWED UP WHEN AGREED UPON ON TIME, AND KNEW WHAT I WAS DOING. THE JOB WAS DONE PROPERLY-MAYBE "TOO" HAPPY TO ASSIST AS FAR AS PAYMENT GOES.MAYBE I SHOULD LAY OFF THE STARBUCKS COFFEE A LITTLE BIT..Getting him taken care of and on his way does not seem good enough for him.. As the saying goes you can please some of the people some of the time but not all of the people all the time. if he had said something was wrong after i repaired his emergency that his home insurance could not do then maybe he would have a point but the fact things are fine he now wants to complain .. folks there are the customers no one wants.. if you have a negative personality then please keep to yourself .. My Job is to do good and make those happy that want our help."
