I purchased a memorial floral arrangement for a childhood friend of over 50+ years. I received notification of the memorial service a few days prior to her service. Due to living in Colorado, it was necessary to purchase the arrangement with one day notice. Paul, of "Flowers by Junipero Serra" offered the best customer service and handled all aspects of the purchase!! Paul made my first time experience with his firm a wonderful experience!! Paul emailed a photo of the floral arrangement prior to delivering it to the funeral home. Exactly what I wanted!! I was very pleased. Additionally, the bereaved family was touched by the beautiful arrangement. Even though I currently live in Denver, CO, I have a significant number of family and friends in the Bay Area. Rest assure, I will purchase additional floral arrangements from Paul and "Flowers by Junipero Serra" in the future!! I highly recommend their services!!
Description of Work: Paul of "Flowers by Junipero Serra" created a beautiful memorial floral arrangement for a childhood friend of 50+ years. The delivery was made to the funeral home on time and with exception care. A+++ for customer service and above quality services!!
