 + -1 moreThe technical support was only for 30 days. It took me more than 30 days to read the manual for the software. When I did called them, they took more than 3 days to get back at me. I e-mail them several times with this type of response.
Description of Work: I bought a new MBox for my computer and I needed technical support to get familiar with the program and get it up and running.
