 + -1 moreThis is for the Comcast Cable service in Guerneville, California. There really is no particular service provider. You can order the receiver in the mail and hook it up yourself or you can pay to have a tech come out and do it. This review is not for the installation service. It is for the service you get on the cable after installation.
Description of Work: This is not about a provider, this is about the Comcast service. Last night the service went down AGAIN. We have had DirectTV, Dish Network and Comcast. The only reason we have Comcast now is because we do not have a clear shot at the Southern sky. The Comcast service is by far the worst service. It reboots nightly and will go out on a regular basis. Do you get a discount on the $113.00 a month bill when the service is not there? NO ! If you have a choice go for Direct TV.

 + -1 moreI have Comcast's triple play, and it touts its fast internet service, but I have NEVER found it particuarly fast, and twice in the last three weeks I've lost the service altogether. The Comcst folks were okay with awalking me through the simple fix, which I repeated the second time, but at these prices, the service should be more reliable. CAVEA: I did recently receive some notice about updating my modem so perhaps all will e better then.
Description of Work: Help me reconnect my internet access.

 + -1 moreThe dog chewed th cable cord. Cable worker came out and spilced the cord back together? There was no charge for this repair, however, I pay too much on a monthly basis for cable.
