They're great. We've been using them regularly like once a year. It was a big service. It was each 10,000 and they replaced a part that was an extra $100.

I would use them again.

They've been pretty good. Price is pretty fair. They seem to be doing everything pretty much okay.

I had car trouble with my 2002 Prius on the freeway driving North from San Jose and called them to see if I could have it towed there if I couldn't drive it to the dealership. It was almost closing time for them. They said if I could get there around closing, and they would wait for me, they would provide me with a rented car while they worked on my car the next day, as I needed one to get to work. I was able to drive it there, and they gave me a car to rent for about $25.00 for 24 hours. They let me do this even though I ended up taking my car to the previous mechanic who had recently worked on my car who I thought might have some responsibility for the problem. I thought this was an amazing service they rendered to customers. They also provide a shuttle for you if you live within 5 or 10 miles from the shop. They offer monthly coupons and discounts for a variety of services. I have also had minor things looked at on my car, and they provided me with free help and free labor. As I said these were minor things, but I find they go out of the way to help.
I am very happy to have found such a fair dealership for my used Prius so close to home, that offers such great services.

They even give you a free pastry and tea while waiting or they will both drive you home and come and pick you up as needed for free with courteous friendly drivers door to door while the work is done.

They do good work and are very friendly. They have complimentary coffee, tea and muffins or bagels and have a nice waiting area with wifi, if you need it. They usually forget to call when the car is ready, so we know to call later that afternoon.

Fantastic job. Professional staff throughout the company. Will go back for the next service.

Excellent service, elegant waiting area.

This was the most pleasant car repair experience I've ever had! My 1997 Toyota Rav4 had some problems with stalling when trying to start it. I made an appointment for the 90,000 mile servicing and also told them about the stalling problem. My husband told me to tell them that we were planning to sell the car so to do the minimum to make sure it was running well. (We have heard horror stories of dealers trying to sell you services you really don't need; my husband has repaired many cars in his time so he told me to have them call him if there was any other work they recommended). When I pulled into the service area that morning, there were three lanes with a couple of cars in each of them. Within thirty seconds someone was at my door checking me in. He was very courteous and took me inside to give him all the information. He looked at my car, smiled a bit, and said, "We'll wash your car for you, too." (It desperately needed a bath). I asked about a car rental and he took me over to the rental counter. The rental was very reasonable: $30.00 for a new Toyota two door. I spoke to my husband later in the afternoon to see if the service folks had called him. They had and he approved all the extra repairs they suggested. I was impressed that everything they suggested he agreed with as he tends to be skeptical of everyone. I went back to pick up the car at 5 that evening. I pulled in and no one was at the rental station. I stood by the side of the car for maybe thirty seconds and someone saw me and immediately came over to help. He took the car key and showed me to the waiting area while he went to get the person who had signed me in that morning. The waiting area was very attractive, situated between the showroom floor and the service intake area. It boasted a nice drinks and snacks stand with tables and a comfortable seated area with a big screen TV. I waited for about fifteen minutes, and the person who helped me that morning came and found me. He reviewed what they had done, and thanked me for my business. I'm definitely going back there when it's time for my new Toyota!

Overall, I was happy with the purchase of my vehicle. The sales man did try to push the extended warranty way too much and that kind of made me unhappy. Everything else went good though. I was happy with the price and the car is running great.

I thought the price was average. The people at the shop were very nice. It took them about 3 hours to do the work. I thought this was a little slow. The cup holder and door handle were both installed properly and work well though.
