BELL PLUMBING/ECONOMY PLUMBING

It was very disappointing - the reps came to install a toilet that I purchased from Home Depot - found that part of the toilet was cracked.  I went back to Home Depot to replace - the men said since they had to wait (no more than 10 mins. to Home Depot and back) they would charge me an additional $91.00!!  And the cost of installing a toilet, I later found out, should not be more than about $130.00 - these people really took advantage and charged me about 3 times more than they should.  I felt uncomfortable speaking with the manager - he did agree to refund the $91.00, but at my suggestion should have refunded to a more reasonable cost.  One other thing:  Since they said they had to wait for me and charge me an additional $91.00, I thought they would be working to prepare for the new toilet - instead I found out they were outside on my porch talking on the phone and walking around.  This experience was very unprofessional and will be looking for a new plumbing company should I need one...

Once I called them, they had plumber out to our condo the same day.  The repair was simple, fast, and affordable.  We would definitely use these guys again.

I tried to reason with him and his supervisor "Laura" and they would not budge from their numbers. I even mentioned to Laura that last time I hired them, I paid $150 an hour and this work was no different. Her response was "we never do jobs by the hour" which is a pure lie. Finally, after some arguing, they came back with a figure of $3700. Steve even threatened to call the police if we did not pay for the job he just completed. I asked him if anyone would pay $5250 for a 75-minute plumbing job and his response was "hey, thats my labor man and thats how I make money". I do not know of any profession that pays that $3700 for 75-minutes of work. I wrote a check for $3700 instead of arguing. This was a pure plumbing/soldering job. Since I was doing most of the work, I just wanted someone else to fix a few soldering connections. I tried to reach the owner and I get no response.

They did a great job. I had no problems with them what so ever. I don t think that any other company couldve diagnosed the problem as well and as fast as they did. They got the job done in a timely manor and everything turned out great.

The plumber showed up exactly when he said he would be there and I was grateful for that. I was stressed out with the situation. He also called to let me know when he was 30 minutes away and I thought that was nice. I have not had any more problems with the sink since he cleaned out the pipes.

I think this company did a great job fixing my problem. They helped fix a problem that another plumber couldnt get done. They made sure to seal the hole in the wall after they were finished. Ill definitely use this company again. I was very impressed by them. The price was very reasonable, and they guy was very nice. I would recommend them to anyone.
