Mr. Arnesen and his helper did a terrific job reinforcing my back steps and deck. I highly recommend him and will use him for any future work I need to do on my house. He is trustworthy, highly competent and fairly priced.

We had dry-rotten entrance stair which was falling apart. We contracted Roy through HomeAdvisors for Entrance stair dry rot removal, repair & window header replacement. He showed up on time and provided a detailed estimate of the scope of work. Upon appointment, work was started & finished as per schedule and the site was kept in pristine condition. Roy is very experienced and skilled and provided valuable inputs when required. I'm planning on doing more upgrades to my house and will be contacting Roy for future work as well.

Roy is punctual and lets you know the time he will arrive; he pays close attention to details and does quality work. He cleans up the work area at the end of his work day. After he completes my exterior stair project, I hired him to fabricate and install two small backyard fences. I will hire Arnesen Home & Design for future projects.

Roy and his team were on time and on budget all the way. There was no attempt to pad the cost. In fact, I feel they went above and beyond to see our new stairs are sturdy and better than the originals. The work is of very high quality and passed city inspection with flying colors The next time I have carpentry work to be done I will check with this company first.

Roy and his team are fantastic! They are reliable, skilled, personable, and most importantly, honest. Roy saved me a lot of money by recommending to repair, instead of replace, a damaged roof access door. He did a better job than I expected and delivered it on-time. Additionally, he and Jun installed a clawfoot tub in my atrium (an unusual place for a tub with some challenges) and they did an excellent job! I will be calling him again for other projects.
