All the cleaning was done much better than I ever could have done it myself. Everything sparkled when they were finished. The furniture was placed properly. I was most impressed by the proprietor's working right alongside her workers. I work at home and they didn't get in my way at all. When a fuse blew Ms. de Moraes kept her cool and all the power was back on quickly.
I am very glad to have found the Amazing Cleaning Team and anticipate using them for a long time.

The Amazing Cleaning Team responded quickly to my request.  We quickly settled on a date and time to have an inspection of the area to be cleaned.  Giselle showed up on time for the appointment.  She was very professional, answered all my questions, and provided me with options.  We quickly settled on an initial deep clean of the main floor of the house which consisted of a living room, guest bedroom, kitchen, two full bathrooms, and a laundry room.  I also setup a regular cleaning schedule for twice a month. 
Prior to the initial deep cleaning, Giselle contacted me to confirm the date and time and also called to let me know that she was on her way.  The services were performed by two employees as well as Giselle.  The deep cleaning took 4 hours.  I was completely satisfied with the results.  I was also having other contract work done on the exterior of the house which made it a bit challenging for Giselle and the other employees to do their job.  I really appreciated their patience and willingness to work around the other contractors.  Any cleaning that couldn't be done due to conflicts with the other contracts will be done during the following maintenance cleaning.
Giselle and her employees were really friendly and professional.  They brought all the cleaning utensils and supplies.
I rated them a B on price only because my husband thought it was too much.  I felt the price was justified for three people to work 4 hours.  I also like supporting local small businesses.

Amazing Cleaning Team exceeded my expectations with their cleaning and method of cleaning. They were so good, I have hired them on a regular basis. The owner and staff are professional and punctual. It was very easy to communicate with the owner. If there was something they could not clean that was discussed during the estimate, she explained the reason (e.g., window screen couldn't be removed, so couldn't clean outside of window). The owner was very flexible and accommodating with scheduling our appointments. I recommend you get an estimate. Amazing Cleaning Team is worth every penny.

Gisele and her crew have been doing housekeeping for me since January 2014 and it is now November of 2014.  The service that Gisele and her team have provided has been consistent, reliable, flexible and affordable.  They team does a great job with deep cleaning as well as maintenance cleaning, they are responsive to special requests and I feel very comfortable with Gisele having a key to my apartments-which says a LOT about her professionalism.  I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to a friend or family member-the whole crew are very honest and hard working.

The team was thoughtful, friendly, and very conscientious. Their fee is charged by the job (not by the hour), so they need to see your home before they give you an estimate. They also do special projects (such as ovens, silver polishing, etc.), for an extra fee  by the job. They do not do windows.
The entire operation is extremely business-like, with a business form, complete with job estimates  filled out and given to the potential customer at the time of the initial interview.
The owner is Brazilian, educated, and very professional. She carefully oversees each job.

Gisele and the Amazing Clean Team accommodated our tight schedule.  They were professional and punctual, and did an excellent job cleaning.  Although they are a bit pricey, we were very pleased with the quality of their work.

They're doing a good job. We've used them for a couple of months.

This last Friday they came in I thought everything was ok, however when I looked in our den there was dust everywhere.  The next time they were out I told her that my partner was not satisfied and that this time to make sure to get it so everyone is happy.  They cleaned the house I paid them and tipped them.  So later on I get a call saying that I made them uncomfortable and that they were not going to be coming back.  I thing was I was no where near them while they were cleaning I let them do there own thing.

They did a great job with the initial cleaning of our house, and we will continue to use them for regular cleanings.

I'm in property management and called the Amazing Clean Team to clean a 4 bedroom home. The departing tenant left the home very dirty and confessed that he had done NO cleaning for 2 years. The company brought in a team of 4 and did an AMAZING job, leaving things looking move-in ready for the next tenant. This was the 2nd home that Amazing did for me and I was just a pleased with the 1st job.

They are very through. All the products are eco- friendly. They exceeded all my expectations.
