We use eco-friendly-natural cleaning supplies as our first choose because we understand the importantance of our health and environment. We are a team of three people (the owner and two employees) which pay attention to details and take the time to do the cleaning right resulting in a very high quality job. I am very glad to have found the Amazing Cleaning Team and anticipate using them for a long time.
Prior to the initial deep cleaning, Giselle contacted me to confirm the date and time and also called to let me know that she was on her way. The services were performed by two employees as well as Giselle. The deep cleaning took 4 hours. I was completely satisfied with the results. I was also having other contract work done on the exterior of the house which made it a bit challenging for Giselle and the other employees to do their job. I really appreciated their patience and willingness to work around the other contractors. Any cleaning that couldn't be done due to conflicts with the other contracts will be done during the following maintenance cleaning.
Giselle and her employees were really friendly and professional. They brought all the cleaning utensils and supplies.
I rated them a B on price only because my husband thought it was too much. I felt the price was justified for three people to work 4 hours. I also like supporting local small businesses.
The entire operation is extremely business-like, with a business form, complete with job estimates filled out and given to the potential customer at the time of the initial interview.
The owner is Brazilian, educated, and very professional. She carefully oversees each job.

"First of all I would like to thank Angie's List for giving me an opportunity to respond to this review and also to thank all Angie's List clients who took their time to read my response. I believe my client misunderstood why we are stopping working for him. The reason is not because we felt uncomfortable with him around, this is not the reason. The reason is that I didn't like the way he spoke with me. When I was trying to explaining to him what may happened in the cleaning before, he told me with very loud voice "I don't want explanation.” It wasn't nice at all and I didn't feel comfortable. This is why I decided stopping working for him. I have a very select clientele and never nobody ever spoke with me like that. The grade given by this client do not reflect the way we do our business. We never get late for our appointments, we are always on time. We always return our clients calls soon we have a break or in the end of the day, We always try to do an Amazing cleaning, we pay attention to details and are happy to hear our clients feedback so we can improve the quality of our work. About the price, I believe it is fair considering the excellent level of work we do all of the time. Lastly, professionalism: We always try our best to be very professional , but unfortunately it is impossible to make everybody happy."
