Smoothly from first contact to completion

Replacement shroud was made to match the dimensions of the original one that was broken and painted to match the original color with left over paint that we provided. It was installed on time and at a very reasonable price.

We are so happy that we called Advantage! From the initial call and visit for the estimate to receipt of the signed permit, the process and service was excellent! We were lucky to have the work pulled up in the schedule and the actual job took much less time than expected. The crew was punctual, respectful, and careful with our property. Clean up was perfect and we are very happy with the finished process!

Without hesitation, I would highly recommend Advantage Roofing. Dave replaced my roof, including a skylight, in 2013. His price was competitive. Everything went smoothly with no surprises. Four years later, we had unusually heavy rains for weeks on end - no leaks, all good. What makes Dave stand out is his customer service that doesn't expire. Three years after he performed the work, I contacted him with some questions about the roof. Dave brought a ladder to the house and took photos of the roof for me. He was there an hour, patiently answering my questions. He did not charge me; he just came out to help. The following year, a painter left a satellite cable hanging across the front picture window. The painter 'disappeared', and the satellite company refused to help because I no longer had an active service. I contacted Dave. Dave mentioned a couple alternatives and asked if I would be fine with either, which I really appreciated. While I was at work, Dave came by and resolved the problem. All this, just to help. He's undoubtedly an honest and very customer-oriented contractor - something quite rare I have since learned.

I couldn't be happier that I stumbled upon Advantage Roofing on my neighborhood list serve. Honestly, I'm always skeptical cold calling any business, but Dave was so awesome from the moment we spoke. He even responded to my desperate texts outside of business hours. They arrived to do the repair exactly when they said they would and were fully prepared. They were crazy efficient, super nice, explained everything they were doing and their fee was incredibly reasonable; most importantly, they really cared about the job they were doing and the service they were providing. Seems simple, but not so easy to find businesses with this ethic and quality. They earned my respect and trust. Advantage Roofing is now my "go to" if needed and I'll will happily refer them over and over again as an exceptional resource.

Luis and his team did an excellent job installing a new TPO membrane on top of my existing tar and gravel roof in San Francisco. He is extremely responsive to phone calls and text messages and I have never had a hard time getting a hold of him. He is a man of his word. We had an expansion that needed to be complete before the roof could be 100% finished and when that time came, he sent a guy over to finish it off. I also had him repair an old leaky roof at my wife's rental property and he did an excellent job there, as well.

Like I've said, he is a man of his word and you can rest assured he will get the job done in a timely matter... and if anything goes wrong, he will be there to make things right. I have complete faith in his work and character. If you need a roofer, Luis at Advantage Roofing is the guy to call. Believe me, I've called around and a honest roofer who won't charge an arm and a leg is not easy to find.
