I contracted with this service when my home was purchased nearly two years ago.  The company  could not advise me over the phone how to add users to the system, but had to send someone  out.  This person needed help from the office and from an online manual to handle the request.  He did not have any idea how to do it himself.  
Every since I logged onto their website the company has placed me on "no paper statements" and they refuse to send me statements.  I pay bills by statements not by looking on the website to see when I owe a bill.  When my bill becomes past due because of their billing practices they begin making automated collection calls that are broadcast over my phone system so that anyone in the house can hear it including visitors.  I have a very healthy credit rating and do not pay my bills late and NEVER receive collection calls.   I have gone thought this with their people three times now and they assure me it is fixed, but IT IS NOT.  I finally told them to terminate the service.  The advised me I have an early termination fee which I do not intend to pay due to the shoddy service and harassing collection methods.  
I would not do business with this company again for any reason.

PROTECTION ONE WAS GREAT TO WORK WITH. THE TECHNICIAN THAT WORKED ON OUR HOME WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND WAS ALSO ABLE TO MAKE SOME SUGGESTIONS ON OUR ALARM SUGGESTION.
