OC Patch and Paint Handyman Service

We hired Alan to paint the outside of our house. The first step was pressure washing. Instead of hand cleaning around the attic vents, he sprayed so much water through the vents that water followed the inside of the drywall and was dripping into the house. We are getting estimates for water remediation. We paid Alan a $500 deposit and wanted to get a partial refund due to the shoddy work on the pressure wash and the fact that even a properly done pressure wash costs less than $500. We made an appointment with him to discuss working this out. Instead of ringing our door bell to speak with us about the matter, he came onto our property, took his ladders and disappeared.
