I am a Full time, Bilingual, Professional Residential Real Estate Agent. I represent sellers and buyers in South Los Angeles County and North Orange County: Condos, Townhouses, Single Family Residences and Units - Duplexes, Triplexes, and Quadruples. My Focus in on Marketing, Advising, Negotiating and Navigating through the entire Escrow. My goal is to keep in constant communication every step of the way so that my clients can make very well informed decisions. I Work by Referrals!!! I know that I must earn your future referrals, so I aim to exceed your expectations. I have a vested interest in making sure that you are completely satisfied at the end of our transaction together. Lily was great to work with, she called with weekly status updates. At any point that I called/emailed she would reply right away, the longest time I had to wait for a response was 24 hours. Lily also provided great advise that I could trust. I am going to recommend her to anyone I know that wants to sell or buy a house. Thanks Lily!

Lily is a very friendly and open person. When we called her, for any reason, she responded quickly. She kept us appraised every step of the way.  When we signed with her, she gave us time to prepare the house before she put it on the market. She provided an interior decorator, at no charge to us, to help us stage the home. She was a very proactive seller. A few days after the home was on the market Lily already had a qualified buyer. The first showing of the property was even before the MLS listing or her sign was on the lawn. This first showing was a success and an offer was made. She helped us negotiate a fair price. She had a trusted contractor available to inspect the house and recommend repairs. She helped us find a qualified realtor in our new area. We were very pleased with this realtor's performance. This realtor quickly found a new home for us, within our budget. Lily recommended a reasonably priced mover for us which we hired and did a very good job for us. If you're looking for a realtor in southeastern Los Angeles County or Orange County she is the one to call.

Lily is very professional and knowledgeable in buying and selling a home.  She was always available to answer any of our questions and was the contact point for any issues that came up.

She handled the task of getting "staging furniture" installed prior to showing the house and also recommended a handyman who came out and fixed some miscellaneous items.  Lily was also able to get our exact asking price for the house.

I would recommend Lily to anyone who is interested in buying or selling a home.
