There was a lot of issues. I was very displeased with the workmanship of the patio cover.

The price was a little higher then another estimate but decided to go with Home Depot because they were on Angies List.
Happy that we did. The sales person went into detail of the work that would be done. gave us dates and everything went as he said. The installers were very good. Did a great job in the time alotted and cleaned up after they were through. We were informed to call them if there were any problems or questions and told they would get right to us. That was not necessary as they did everything they said they would. We would certainly call them again for any home improvement we plan on having done.

It was a great experience, they installation was done as ordered. The installer was very professional and courteous and left everything clean. It was very well done. Only complaint is he was late and you know how that is when you waiting in your "service window" - I think he was held up or got lost or something like that. But overall very good work!

The guys showed up on time and stayed 3 hours past their allotted 7 hours. The lead worker stayed to make sure all the doors opened and closed properly and that all the screening was installed correctly. I had a question about one of the doors a few days later and they came back to check it out with no extra charge.

IT WAS FAIR. THEY HAVEN'T REALLY FINISHED EVERYTHING. THEY STILL HAVE SOME FINISH WORK TO DO. THEY ORDER THE PARTS, BUT THEY KEEP GETTING THE WRONG PARTS. IT'S BEEN ABOUT TWO MONTHS NOW. THEY WERE VERY NICE, AND THEY DID THE WORK, MOST OF IT. THE 99 PERCENT THEY HAVE DONE IS EXCELLENT.

THE HOME DEPOT EMPLOYEES WERE VERY HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. THE ORDER WAS PLACED AND RECEIVED AS PROMISED AND ON TIME. THE PRICE WAS GOOD AND THE FINISHED PRODUCT WAS BEAUTIFUL.
