Mr. Hebert was very personable and professional, plus clearly more knowledgeable than tuners we've had in the past. Our piano hadn't been serviced in a long while. He very patiently brought it up to a great standard, correcting the action on the keys and extra noise that had developed over the years. I had been told at one point by another technician that it needed hundreds of dollars of repair, but Mr. Hebert assured me it did not need serious repair. I appreciated his honesty. We agreed on the cost before he went to work and there were no surprises. I will certainly call on his services again, and will recommend him to friends as well.
