He was on time. He did his estimate quickly. The price seemed fair.

The workers, including the owner, were obviously very experienced and the grass is growing very well. It's about 4 weeks since the installation, which included replacing the sprinkler heads. This made a big difference in the water coverage. The first week after installation the owner set up the sprinkler timer system, and he came back the second week to do it again.

I hired John to remove existing sod, prep & level dirt, align large heavy pour in place stepping pads that were out of place because of previous bulldozer activity, install bender board between grass and planters, and install approx 1000 sq ft of new sod. His quality of work is excellent. He does not try to up-sell and does what you ask him to do. He did all the work at a very reasonable price. My lawn looks amazing and the grass is thriving.

Prompt and reliable

John was great! I haved 2400 sq feet of new sod put in and a small paver section under our tree. Also a 6 zone sprinkler system with autotimer. He did all the work as promised within the time frame promised and was very clean. Will now utilize his services to maintain it.
