They were wonderful! They were in and out of here in 50 minutes. Scott did excellent work, super friendly, clean, nice and professional!!! I will definitely use them from this point on. I will highly recommend to anyone.

Beach Plumbing and Jetting sent two people out on Saturday night to do a leak detection, open the drywall and repair the problem. They did a great job at a very fair price.

Two people came out and it took about an hour. It was clean. They were efficient, good communication, and they got the job done.

He actually once earlier to look at the problem and told me that I could hold off for a while but when the problem became noticeable, I would know it and he was absolutely right.  So when I called him he wanted to come out that day and fix it right away but I was not sure I was going to be home.  He said that it was okay and he can look at it from the outside and search the process without me being home.  So he was willing to go even though I was not going to be there to look at it.  What I really needed was a clean up for my plumbing.  I live in a 1953 house and there was no clean up so the pipes are being clogged up.  So he came in and I got home from work a little late.  I called him and he answered immediately and he told me that he could not get to the basic problem and he will be there at eight the next morning.  So he was and he was fifteen minutes early but he did not bother me yet which I appreciated.  He brought two people with him, they quoted me a price and then they re-built the sink.  They cleaned everything up.  They got it all working.  They used a camera that went through the pipes so they can see what was wrong and they showed everything that they were doing and kept me informed throughout the process.  Everything is in wonderful shape now. They did a lot more than they said they were going to do and they did not charge me beyond what they did so I appreciated that.

I had an audible water leak under my home near the bathroom and had to shut my water. Beach plumbing was the first Vendor i contacted and before explaining my problem in detail i was told it would be $500 just to have somone come out(Sunday). 3 hours later i have a local Vendor i found on yelp finishing up the job for $275. He found a piece of the copper pipe to have a pin hole. He replaced it and only charged me $175. I gave the vendor a $ 125 tip for taking time out of his sunday.

I mentioned to Greg that I have had this problem a few times this year alone. He spotted standing water in a line that suggested something may be more troublesome farther down the line. He suggested that I have a camera scope the line to investigate further. While the price he quoted was competitive with what other providers charge with Angie's list coupon deals, nevertheless I have had other plumbers recommend things that did not get to the root of the problem. I was skeptical, to say the least. I called their office the next day. Richard answered and I explained to him how many other plumbers had come before he and Greg. He could tell how beleaguered I was feeling, so he offered to do scope the line at no charge. Three days later they both showed up at my house and scoped the line with a camera. Turns out there are many twists and turns in the line and quite a large and expensive fix is needed. He actually recommended that I do nothing for now. Wait a year or two and just tackle the back up when it occurs. Obviously he could have told me something else and gotten a job for $5000.00 or so. I probably would have paid it just to "solve" the problem. They say a fix will cost more than that so as long as nothing is going to destroy the house, just live with the occasional back ups as they occur. I appreciated the honesty and will save up for the complete replacement of the water and sewer lines that will be necessary in the future. In the mean time, I have their number in my phone and will call them as needed. Much appreciated advice.

Everything went well "Richard" came out and gave us an estimate on the work that needed to be done, they came out on Sunday the day before Memorial day and started the work. It took about 3 days and the work was guaranteed for life as long as we own the house. We have had Beach Plumbing out again for minor plumbing work around the house.

We've used him several times. He is a really honest guy. We've had a couple of issues and sometimes he said I'm in the area anyway and I'll do this for you and he didn't even charge.

Very glad to find a plumber who knows what they are doing. Richard was a pleasure to work with and he had a very hard working crew. The commercial water heater was very large and difficult to bring into my apartment building. I was impressed with the way they handled that part of it. The work itself is picture perfect. They arrived at 8:00AM and worked until 9:00PM to insure the tenants had hot water. They also did other minor repairs and toilet install. The pride they have in their work is well earned and I am more than pleased with what they did for me. It was a very big job that they handled well. I will be calling them in the future to handle all my plumbing needs in my 1920's building. GOOD WORK RICHARD!
