 + -1 moreMy husband spoke to the owner and he ran it through over the phone with him. He was excellent. It did not cost anything. He went step by step with my husband on the phone about what to do to fix the TV. It did not cost any material, so everything was perfect. His service was excellent.
Description of Work: We used Advance Electronics to get our TV fixed.

 + -1 moreThe gentleman told me what needed to be done. He ordered the part, did the work, & I got my tv back. I told him he could order the part but needed to wait until after I was paid on the 1st of the month. However, he said not to worry, ordered the part & fixed the TV & offered to wait to do deposit my payment until the 3rd of the month! I was very impressed with this because no one really does that anymore.
Description of Work: I have a bulb-using big screen Sony that needed repair.
