+ -1 moreWe called Primo Drywall as we needed a repair (a hole in the drywall). We spoke with the gentleman (Jim?) who agreed to arrive at our home at 6:00 p.m. Finally, at 7:00 he finally showed up. Once he finally arrived, he took about a minute to look at the repair. He then said he'd have to call back with the estimate. What? And then we never heard from Primo Drywall again. If you're looking for dependable, timely service, I'd look elsewhere.
