Tho Misha was sloooow, his work is beautiful and I am definitely
happy with the product. This ring will, I think, become a heirloom in my family.

I went to 4 different jewelers, and Vardy's was the clear winner... price, service, quality
I knew I was going to be a difficult customer.
I'm a discerning artist entering the ring purchasing for the 1st time
I went to the jewelers with a specific and quot;feeland quot; i wanted to portray with a custom design setting for a diamond.
that's a difficult set of requirements for any jeweler to take on.
the other jewelers either wanted a deposit immediately even before talking about the design, or right away they started telling me and quot;this can't be done or that won't workand quot;
I came and met Vardy Shtein himself - an enthusiastic artisan who was eager to tackle my vision.
we bounced ideas around, reworked the design, refine the style.
I came to the shop more times than they probably liked.
but i needed my engagement ring to be exactly the way and quot;i think she would wantand quot;.
now that's hard.
and it was done.

and all this work was done before Vardy's even asked for a single penny.
he didn't asked for a deposit until we finalized the design.
that speak volumes when a craftsman is such confident in his work.
i owe them my greatest gratitude.

We had a wedding band converted and had some stones put in it. My wife is very satisfied with the work they did. They were very reasonable and worked very quickly. The were very friendly and professional. They made some suggestions we had not thought about. We were pleasantly surprised and gratified that we had taken our son's recommendation to use this company.

I needed to have a gold wedding ring resized to fit me... I was greeted promtly on entering the shop and made to feel welcome even though I was seeking a rather minor repair. My ring finger was messured for size and the ring taken into the back for resizing on the spot while I waited. I was offered refreshments and a comfortable place to wait. It was done quickly to include the ring being buffed and polished to look like new... There was no charge for the service! Naturally this was a complimentary service with the hope of winning my future business and it did exactly that. What a professional and thoroughly wonderful business attitude. There was a good selection of attractive quality jewelery on display I I urge anyone needing a gift for a special person or for themselves to visit.

When we dropped off the piece, we were given a receipt with a color photo of the piece. They (as always) did a quality job that was ready before the promised. We are very happy with our like-new piece. They didn't charge for this service, due to our long relationship with their store. Even when we have to pay, we enjoy shopping at Vardy's because they are a family business and treat you like family.
