We are very pleased with the working relationship.  On occasion, Yadira cares for plants and animals when we travel.  We trust her and her crew 100%.  She has been flexible when we need to reschedule regular visits.  Crew is efficient in cleaning house.

They are really thorough, very nice and very available. They email me back promptly when I needed any help. They are very receptive and very good. I would recommend them to everyone. I would rate them high overall. Their price is reasonable. I would continue using them in the future.

This has been a good service, and speaking from experience a good and reliable service can be a challenge to find. In the past with other services I have problems with theft and damage with housecleaning services. We have not had any problems with this service. The quality of the work is good. We have a couple of times asked for more attention in a particular area that always takes care of it. The time they arrive varies a some (+/- 30 min or so) depending on how their day is going - and I think this is normal for this type of service. I have a "C" for price. Based on my survey, their price if middle of the road - with others costing both more and less.I would recommend this service and continue to use them. We have used this service weekly for about ten months now. Regarding the person who had person who had problems arranging the initial time, I can only say that out of some 40 service calls, we have never had a no show.

She is quick, efficient, and does good work. She is the best there is, just a very nice woman. She has helpers but she supervises them to make sure they do good work as well.
