We discontinued services in 2009 due to what we felt was negligent and poor performance. Stan Cirata sounds knowledgeable regarding HOA laws and management procedures, however he never followed through with any of his commitments. It took months to resolve simple issues with the bank, he would routinely forget to send out notices to owners, pay vendors, and send out monthly payable reports. He even "forgot" to file our tax returns for two years in a row, for which we are now facing severe penalties. Overall an awful experience.
