EKIM PAINTING

The crews were professional.  I was not present but the family who rents my townhouse  was and they thought they were professional and did not waste time.  The project manager took me to a large project they were working on replacing siding and replacing it with the cementitious siding and it looked like they did a good job.

They were quite good. We were happy. They did what they said they were going to do. They are reliable. They kept the place neat and clean. As minor things came up that we didn't anticipate, they addressed them. The demeanor of the staff was quite good. Their pricing was reasonable, we got a couple of bids.

They are very professional and knowledgeable.  We bid out to 3 painting companies.  They were the best bid in that the pricing was good and they included things the others didn't include  They were very thorough, I worked with them on the contract and they were very willing to work with us.  The work was done well, when we had a complaint they fixed it.  They gave us a 6 year warranty but that was a certain deal, we used a certain paint that would last longer on their suggestion because of the warranty.  They also gave us a year that they would come around and do any touch ups for the 6 year warranty.

There are twenty three units in the complex. The experience with them was fantastic. They have an in house construction crew, which was very nice. The construction crew was very personable and they had excellent communication skills. I was kept informed throughout the entire project. They secured the job site everyday and left things in good order. They were here for two to three weeks. The painting crew was wonderful as well. They were very accommodating and responsive to anything that we asked of them. They were very fair and reasonably priced, even in spite of the add on work.

They did a really good job. They did use quality paint. I would be more than happy to use this company again. They was only late a couple of times. I was very satisfied with their work, and the quality of their work. My house looks very good as I have had a lot of compliments on it.
