Description of Work: Fixed the pull-out handle on a suitcase. Did a good job, but had it for 6 weeks. When I called them, it was ready. They just never contacted me when the work was finished.

 + -1 moreUpon walking into the repair shop without an appointment during regular business hours, the owner replaced a broken wheel on a Hartmann suitcase, with another used Hartmann wheel he had left over from a similar repair job, all in about ten minutes and free of charge. The owner is a very nice gentleman. I tipped him $5 for his courtesy.

 + -1 moreI took the bag over and showed it to him, and he said and quot;Wait a minuteand quot; and disappeared. In about a minute he reappeared and the bag was repaired! With two rows of stitching instead of the original one. He hemmed and hawed about the cost, so I gave him $5 and he seemed pleased. An amazing experience!
Description of Work: I have a guide bag (shoulder bag) I travel with, and it gets heavy. On my last trip, one of the straps started coming loose. It didn't fail, but I wanted to get it repaired. So I called Aram's and he said he does that type of repair.

 + -1 moreTHE JOB WAS NOT BEAUTIFULLY DONE THE FIRST TIME BECAUSE OF THE VISIBLE GLUE MARKS. THE OWNER WAS NICE TO DO IT THE SECOND TIME, AND IT TURNED OUT TO BE GOOD.
Description of Work: THE LEATHER STRAP OF MY BAG WAS RIPPED ON THE SIDES, AND I ASKED THE STORE TO FIX THE STRAP FOR ME.
