This all began on May 27th. I ordered a refurbished Apple Ipad Air. They sent it to me and it did not work. I called them up and explained it was not working, they transferred me to one of their specialists and I sat at my table for 45 minutes to try and fix the Ipad. After the troubleshooting was not working he said it was not functional. He then said they would send me a new one and I would have to send this one back, they explained they would send me a shipping label but they never did. They then charged me twice for the bad unit and the newer unit sent out. They are trying to charge me for the shipping but I feel it is not my place to pay for that.

They were able to help me over the phone. They saved my phone after I dropped it into water. They are very professional and good at customer service.
