I dropped the machine off and the guy who took it wasn't sure if they could do anything to fix my machine. However, they went above and beyond and in a couple of weeks I was vacuuming with the best of them. Definitely a place to go to get things done right.

I CALLED WITH AN EMERGENCY AND THEY HAD IT REPAIRED FOR ME BY THE NEXT DAY. THEY REPLACED WORN PARTS AND THE VACUUM HAS FUNCTIONED EXCELLENTLY SINCE THE SERVICE.
