 + -1 moreI dropped the machine off and the guy who took it wasn't sure if they could do anything to fix my machine. However, they went above and beyond and in a couple of weeks I was vacuuming with the best of them. Definitely a place to go to get things done right.
Description of Work: I had a vacuum that was under warranty and refused to work. AAA took care of it.

Before going to the shop, they listened to problems I had with my current machine and gave me patient information on what to look for and notice to see if it was worth fixing. They would look at it for free if I wanted. In buying a new vacuum, much time was taken asking what my needs were and then offering a recommendation. I absolutely LOVE the machine I got (Meile canister) and feel I was given all pertinent information to make a good decision. I was shown all details on how the machine could be used. (I recommend this vacuum too!)
Description of Work: Given information on possibilities with my current machine & then when I made my decision, much time was given explaining information on various new machines.

 + -1 moreI CALLED WITH AN EMERGENCY AND THEY HAD IT REPAIRED FOR ME BY THE NEXT DAY. THEY REPLACED WORN PARTS AND THE VACUUM HAS FUNCTIONED EXCELLENTLY SINCE THE SERVICE.
