Company was prompt to return calls and make appointments and show up, but work estimated at 6 hours took 3 days, and still not done well. No complaints about working hard, but whole experience unpleasant. Severely underestimated time needed despite a full walk-through estimate. Assistants were not well trained. Several jacks were miswired, others not done at all, and none were encased in conduit as promised. Disrupted alarm system phone connections that required costly alarm system company repair. Workers did not clean up after themselves well or prepare areas with padding or cloth when ladders required. Nice people, but unsure of their skills for what was described by them as an easy job.

"WALK THROUGH DOESN'T DETERMINE CONDITION OF CABLES. MANY CABLE PROBLEMS EXISTED. ALL WAS TESTED BY MEMBER PRIOR TO COMPLETION. CLEAN-UP WAS DONE. LADDER USED 1 TIME. MEMBER VERY DIFFICULT, WANTED A LOT OF WORK FOR WHAT I CHARGED HIM. I GAVE 3 DAYS WORK FOR A 1 DAY JOB. MEMBER HAD TOO MANY CABLE ISSUES THAT I RESOLVED. MEMBER STATED PHONES LEFT NOT WORKING, ALL PHONE JACKS THAT COULD BE MADE TO WORK WERE WORKING. MEMBER HAD 16 JACK LOCATIONS AND THE HOUSE HAD A MAJOR REMODEL LEAVING IT DIFFICULT TO ACCESS. HOUSE ATOP MANDAVILLE CYN, STEEP TERAIN DIFFICULT CONDITIONS. UNFAIR REVIEW OF OUR SERVICES."
