James went above and beyond the painting. He took out all of the old walls and reinstalled them with insulation. He drywalled the entire interior of the apartment and painted it. He has an excellent eye for color. Above all, he was able to solve a number of problems that I didn't know needed to be solved without any extra cost to me!
