TRIPLE R MAINTENANCE & CONSTR

Overall the experience was satisfactory. We had some problems with the estimate and contract not matching the actual work to be done. I have myself to blame partially for the mistakes but I would put most of the responsibility on the contractor. Once we had to correct the contract in the middle of the project to have it reflect the actual work to be done the contractor was pretty good about being reasonable in proposing solutions but it was still a slightly painful process. The quality of the work was excellent--but it took longer than it should have plus some prodding from me to actually get the work actually completed. The quality of the communication between the contractor and me was not the best and he kept complaining that I was squeezing him for all of his profit!
