Structura Remodeling

My bathroom remodel was fantastic. Kobi is very accomodating and organized in the remodel process. The job was completed on schedule and for the price quoted upfront. I'll be hiring him again for more projects.

I can't say enough good things about Structura Remodeling ... I'd been thinking about remodeling a dated condo for awhile, but I really didn't know where to start. After calling around and doing a lot of research, I narrowed down the on site interviews to three finalists, but I knew immediately when I met with Kobi at that first meeting, Structura would be the way to go. He listened to me, and was prepared with and brought great ideas for ways to open up a small space. I had a bunch of random ideas of things I liked, and Maya, Jessica and their design team helped me focus those into a cohesive finished project design that looks incredible and has breathed new life into my space. One of my concerns was being in a condo building and having to live through a renovation, but the Structura team was sensitive to those concerns, and skillfully navigated the work, while being respectful of the other residents in the building. They dealt with the city and all the permitting, and really took the weight off my shoulders. Kobi, Maya, Jessica and their entire team all knocked it out of the park. They're great to work with ... professional, respectful and responsive. If you've been thinking about updating your home, this is the team to go with.

The remodel turned out beautifully, just as I had envisioned. The front office team was excellent to work with - very attentive, helpful and responded quickly to emails and texts. Kobi and Maya were great. I really felt like they had my best interest at heart. The bathroom crew set a high bar for a clean work zone. I was impressed by how clean they kept my house. Overall, I had an excellent experience working with Structura and would work with them again. They made the project easy for me as a busy professional.

It was beautifully done per contract and the workers were very courteous.

They were so good, very professional, and very clean. They were amazing. It wasn't a burden to have them during Covid.
