I hoped to find a company I could trust to do the follow-up work after my plumber fixed a leak from a cracked pipe in an upstairs bathroom. I was concerned about possible water damage and any remaining moisture in the walls. After making several stressful phone calls, I took the suggestion of a friend and called Serv Pro in Culver City. From the time Marlon (the vice president of the company) arrived, until the time the job was completed - I could not have been more pleased. Marlon was sensitive to my distress. He was reassuring and accommodating. Most of the work was done in my garage. The job was done efficiently and the clean-up was complete. I have spoken with Gary Yang, the head of the Culver City office, a number of times. He was always courteous and if not available when i called, always returned my phone calls. I recommend Serv Pro Culver City. I cannot speak for any other Serv Pro office.
