THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD. HE WAS MORE PROFESSIONAL THEN I EXPECTED. THERE WERE SPOTS ON THE CARPET, AND HE CAME BACK AND FIXED THEM. HE CAME IN WITH VERY PROFESSIONAL EQUIPMENT. HE DID LOTS OF PROCESSES, INCLUDING SPOTTING IT. IT WAS VERY GOOD.
